The warranty agreement lies with the specific supplier involved and not with Liv2Ride as a store. The warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. (proof of purchase has to be provided on presentation of the claim ). The supplier will replace the defective product with a product of a quality or nature and similar level, will repair or refund the purchase price (after presentation of the proof of purchase of the product), in its sole discretion. Non-defective components are replaced at your expense. In such a case, we will contact you before replacing the non-defective part for your agreement. The warranty does not cover any labour charges for part replacement or changeover. The client is be liable for shipping costs of the product to and from Liv2Ride. If the client is willing to take the product to the nearest local dealer they are welcome to do so for warranty purposes.
