Route 2 – Ladysmith Platrand Lodge 30km

Located just outside Ladysmith next to the airfield, this is a facility that is used by the locals. Lodge include pub facilities. Route 1 – Memel Mtb Race 2018

Great trail. Encountered a bit of a sneaky climb on 23 km. With the correct gear ratio it is not a problem. Not too technical though a novice rider might have found some of the downhills challenging. Fund raiser for the church, all in all a great event. Great track friendly people.

Route 5 – Bliksempie- aka Garnet se gat(3.2km lap)

You really have to be angry with yourself or someone that like to impress the local riders. With loose rocks from marble size to young boulders this is a trail that will test your core strength and stamina. The first 2.1 km have a ascent of 130m. Route 2- Memel to Newcastle (staged as a race in 2014)

Awesome ride out in the country side. This is a ride for the more advanced riders, the average rider can do this ride but will have to push first 1.5 km down donkeys pass.Start the ride by  exiting  Memel on the R34  towards Newcastle on the tar road for approx 1.5km and turn right onto the district road  indicating “Sediba hiking trail”.
